The Workout
Homebody Pilates is the ultimate form of self-care with each session focusing on strengthening and stretching the body while encouraging concentration and mindfulness to enhance the mind-body connection. The Reformer, Cadillac and Stability Chair will all be used to create a workout tailored to the client’s personal needs.
Private in-studio and virtual sessions are offered Monday-Friday by appointment only. There is a strict 24-hour cancellation policy. If you need to make any changes to your scheduled appointment, please do so 24 hours before your booking in order not to lose your pre-paid session.

Reformer
Homebody Pilates uses the Balanced Body Allegro Reformer for low impact resistance training and active stretching. This versatile piece of equipment uses springs and pulleys to create progressive resistance, encouraging concentric and eccentric muscle contractions and helping to achieve long, lean muscles.

Cadillac + Trapeze
The Balanced Body Cadillac and Trapeze table can accommodate every body, from those with limited mobility and/or rehabilitating from an injury to professional athletes. From gentle supine movements to more advanced acrobatics, exercises on the Cadillac and Trapeze table are endless.

Chair
Homebody Pilates uses the Merrithew Split-Pedal Stability Chair to challenge stability and improve overall body control. Exercises on the Chair can be adapted for rehabilitative clients or professional athletes alike.
